On the 6th day of November 2024 The Gambia fire and rescue service training school uphold the hot fire exercise and branch fitness with their 2024 recruit intake under the leadership of training school commander A.D.F.O Yaya Fanneh and the team of instructors.

Hot fire exercise and branch fitness are practical’s that makes it a compulsory for the recruit to pass through this training for them to have courage and be enthusiastic in fighting different types of fire and to become a professional in the arena of their job, the event was successful without any harm or injury to anybody with the recognition of all the procedures and methods.

The event was covered by the team of medical officers and firefighters and fire engine for covering, prevention and protection. furthermore, it was witness by some dignitaries; D.F.O Nyandou of transport and logistic and his personnel, Station Officer Saho and crew personnel and Sub Officer Sanyang of medics and personnel.

Finally, the event was ended with a joy, advice and words of wisdom and the whole Brigade training school was praised for their hard work and dedication towards inculcating knowledge into the recruits and making them ready to withstand every situation.
