Starup, An NGO  Dedicated to Supporting Fire Stations and Other Institutions Through The Canary Island Government, today handed over equipment donated to Gambia Fire and Rescue Service and the Ministry of Health to His Excellency President Adama Barrow at the State House in Banjul.

The donations include:

– 1 fire truck (7,500 liters)

– 1 fire truck (3,000 liters)

– 1 medicalized ambulance

– 3 vehicles

– A radio communication emergency system, including all necessary installation materials (cables, antennas, radios, etc.)

– Road traffic accident (RTA) equipment

– Mattresses, sheets, and towels for 12 fire stations

– 28 hospital beds/mattresses for 8 fire service clinics

– Bed sheets and towels for hospitals

This generous contribution supports the government’s efforts to enhance emergency service delivery.
